Based on proven SMD plough technology, the HD3-200 inter array plough provides a high performance trenching solution for large diameter power cables up to 200mm. The plough is designed to minimise pull force requirements and provide effective trenching capability up to 3.3m depth. The diverless loading and unloading system allows post lay burial in deepwater.

The HD3-200 can be enhanced with jetting and rock ripping upgrades to maximise performance. As with any of our assets, SMD can provide a turnkey cable burial solution including in-house designed high sea state LARS, tow winch and umbilical system. The HD200 comes with a full suite of instrumentation for safe cable burial.
