The Spares team manage the provision of all spare parts and assemblies used on SMD manufactured equipment, as well as components for customers wanting to build their own machines.
The team draws upon an extensive global stock of spare parts stored within our bases in UK, Singapore and the US, as well as an extensive network of approved suppliers who enable us to rapidly satisfy customers requests for operational spares and ensure all parts required are despatched to agreed timescales to accommodate the customers’ needs.
We also hold customer-dedicated strategic stocks of parts to enable customers to minimise the risks of operating their SMD system fleets.
