SMD are able to offer on-site and offshore skilled technical support to our customers through SMD Offshore Support (SMD OS – formerly known as Bywell Subsea). We have our own in-house team of technicians who are trained and skilled with our complete range of products from Q series work class ROVs, trenchers to special projects. In addition to this we are also able to call upon a large pool of contractors who are experienced with SMD equipment and meet our standards for our technicians and supervisors.
We can supply supervisors and technicians either individually or as a complete team. The advantage that an SMD OS team bring is both their knowledge and skills and the complete back-up from SMD’s in-house resources.
